FINANCE COMMITTEE CHARTER

Mission Statement – Ensure donations by OIAA members are utilized responsibly. Through financial responsibility, support of the recovering alcoholic can continue and the A.A. message can be carried to the alcoholic still suffering.

Purpose – To be a resource to the Board of Directors and the assembly in all financial matters.

OIAA voting members will be asked to approve the budget at the Annual General Election and Budget Assembly on December 20th.

OIAA 2024 Financial Review Report

The report on OIAA’s annual financial review was submitted on January 29th, 2025.

The report was presented to the Finance Committee on February 8th and to the OIAA Board on February 9th.

The Board voted unanimously to accept the report, with gratitude for Kevin D. for his service.
