It is open to all who wish to join, but only intergroup representatives, OIAA standing committee chairs, OIAA officers, and non-officer trustees are voting members. We urge all voting members to attend as we need a quorum to conduct business.. Membership will be notified if the agenda changes.
To participate, your group must register with OIAA and have a registered intergroup representative, For September’s assembly, the drop-dead date for additions or changes to our membership is Friday, 13 September, at 11:59 p.m.
