The September assembly is open to all who wish to join, but only intergroup representatives, OIAA standing committee chairs, OIAA officers, and non-officer trustees are voting members. We urge all voting members to attend as we need a quorum to conduct business.. Membership will be notified if the agenda changes.
To participate, your group must register with OIAA and have a registered intergroup representative, For September’s assembly, the drop-dead date for additions or changes to our membership is Friday, 13 September, at 11:59 p.m.

ARTICLE 5. COMMITTEES.
Section 5.05. Duties of Committees. All committees shall maintain records of their activities and make at least quarterly reports of those activities to the Board. In addition, all committees shall make at least an annual report to the Assembly.
