March Assembly news
Thank you to all members who participated in the OIAA Assembly- March 2025!
Working together, you helped us move forward with many necessary items for our continuing efforts and operations. Here’s a quick summary:
- Minutes from the Dec 2024 Assembly were approved.
- Motions to approve unbudgeted fund requests were carried. View the Budget Summary – Overall 2025 Budget as modified per 3/15/25 Assembly
- Motion to amend Bylaws, Section 4.08 (Execution of Documents) replacing “Those Officers…” with “Those Trustees” carried with more than 2/3 majority. You can find the updated OIAA Bylaws on the OIAA Board page.
And lastly, in exciting news…the theme for OIAA2025 was selected by our members:
