Communication Committee Quarterly Report

25/1/18 This committee has adopted the use of the international standard for writing the date.

We have been asked to host the January 25, 2025 IGR Forum. We have lots of information to share with IGRs and plenty of time alotted for them to tell us what they need/want.

Randy provided a PowerPoint that outlined the Board approved process for making, editing, approving and posting videos, There are Board members who dispute this process. The logic is unclear. The communications committee has asked the Board to settle this misunderstanding and inform the Communications committee of their expectations of this committee.

We discussed adding a Tech liaison to the Communications  committee.

We are still waiting to hear from Tech and/or the Board about the purchase of software that will scrub meta data from documents submitted to the OIAA Archives.

Randy has been working with the 2025 International AA convention committee. They are building a cybersuite and looking at software and hardware that will help them capture and replay all the events that occur there during the convention.
