Welcome, Introductions and Agenda Review:

- Welcome JoAnn B, IGR for Serenity Group Tampa is visiting to share info with her home group.
- Welcome Amelia L, IGR for Language of the Heart is visiting to share outreach ideas. Added to the agenda.
Meeting Notes:
- Service Assembly on Saturday 7/27/24
- Sharing booth with finance
- Staffed by Jeff B and Sharon G
- Answer questions, share experience and generate excitement
- Don’t just throw a bunch of pamphlets at the visitors
- Special project to deaf AA groups information sources –
- CPC assistance on this effort was not needed after all
- Benefit of increased understanding around alcoholism and mental health including dual diagnosis. What could outreach to treatment facilities, corrections and tele-health services look like? Suggested reading –
