FINANCE COMMITTEE ACCOMPLISHMENTS 2023-2024

• Assisted with finance section of Guidelines.
• Initiated and filed required annual NJ charitable registration.
• Created and documented vendor process.
• Created, distributed, and compiled budget process.
• Provided monthly budget variance, balance sheet, and contributions.
• Procured new electronic payment platform, Stripe.
• Administered Upwork interpretation for more than 50% savings.
• Initiated independent internal financial review.
• Filed all prior years and current year tax returns to be current.
• Changed Finance Committee meeting time to accommodate international members.
