• OIAA Website redesign: In Progress
  •  Simplify accessibility, Ease of Navigation, Front/Back of house
  • Target launch: 3/15 after assembly

• OIAA Website Translation: In progress

  • Translation- testing WPML with DeepL integration.  Hybrid approach of machine and human translation services
    • Implement in staging. Testing with Unity & others. 
    • Holding for web layout & navigation redesign

• Membership/Registrar system: In progress

• • Group Level issue:  Primary Unique ID
    • @50% of groups have no group email address
  • Phase 1:  CRM: OIAA2025- target language based mailing campaigns
    • Complete (Google Group mailing lists)
  • Next step:  (No progress) Hubspot eval; provide CFR w/ requirements
