We will be hearing the annual Committee Chair Reports (5.05 OIAA Bylaws) and the report generated by the Internal Financial Review Subcommittee.
The assembly is open to all who wish to join, but only Intergroup Representatives, OIAA Standing Committee Chairs, and OIAA Officers are Voting Members. All Voting Members are urged to attend as a quorum is required to conduct business. We will again use google forms for voting, capturing and storing results.
To participate, your group must register with OIAA and have a registered intergroup representative, by Friday, 7 June by 11:59 pm ET.

Bylaws
Section 5.05. Duties of Committees. All committees shall maintain records of their activities and make at least quarterly reports of those activities to the Board. In addition, all committees shall make at least an annual report to the Assembly.
