    1. Election of Panel 2025-2026 OIAA Officers and a Non-Officer Trustee by Third Legacy Procedure: Conducted by the Secretary.
    2. 2025 Budget: Treasurer will discuss 2025 Budget, line by line. After discussion, the treasurer will request a motion to approve the 2025 OIAA Budget.
